Bikini Return Policy

Any product(s) received incorrectly or having a manufacturing defect can be EXCHANGED provided product is sent back to Porcupine Lagoon LLC in new condition, with the hang tags and sanitary strips in place. NO credits or refunds will be issued without all of these conditions being met.  If an exact replacement is not available, a similar item of equal value will be substituted.

If ANY product is sent back soiled, or smells of smoke, we obviously cannot accept this because we cannot resell it. This product can be mailed back to you at your request. You will be charged for the return shipping and handling. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of product at sales@porcupinelagoon.com to be considered for exchange.

When you buy Swimwear online from Porcupine Lagoon LLC, you have have the opportunity to try on the item under your own conditions. All of our products can be returned for an exchange except for any non-coverage bottoms like G-strings, thongs, tonga, as well as custom orders and final sale items. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@porcupinelagoon.com within 48 hours of receipt of product and state your reason for the exchange and what you want to exchange for. There will be no non exchange returns allowed.

Designer Bag Return Policy

All sales of designer bags ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS. Exchange of merchandise is considered on a case-by-case basis if one of the following occurs: Merchandise arrives defective, discolored, torn or in any way defective. Merchandise sent was the wrong style, model, color or fabric. You will need to request an Exchange Authorization within 3 days of receipt for store credit. If your item is equipped with a “security tag” the item must be returned with the tag still attached. You may contact us at sales@porcupinelagoon.com to request an exchange authorization. All merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags or the case; and the product must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Damaged or Defective designer bags- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number, email address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the shipping carton, refuse the order and contact Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.

Re-stocking fees designer bags -Due to high returning expenses a 10% restocking fee applies on returns over $200. No restocking fees are applied to product Exchanges or lower value returns. The Return Fee is levied in order to recover costs associated with the return that we cannot otherwise recover.
